At the end of 2017, I retired from full time work as a consultant, researcher, and evaluator that had started in Palo Alto, CA in 1988, and brought me into close contact with many non profits and government agencies of Monterey County since 1995. Equally important to me were my experiences working for two non-profits, Interim Inc (1997-2001), where I served as Administrative Services Director and United Way, Monterey County (2008-2012) where I was Community Impact Coordinator.
Additionally, as a program evaluator, partnering with Marie Glavin, for over 15 years, especially with the Monterey County Probation Department, I became professionally and personally involved in the important work done by collaborations of government and community based organizations. I became a Core Leader for NAMC in January 2019. I recently led the project that produced the 2020 Economic Impact Report for the Monterey County non-profit sector.
