NAMC members work together to protect the interests of the nonprofit sector and projects a collective voice to the public about the sector’s unique and essential contributions to solving problems and meeting the most urgent challenges in our communities such as Census 2020 Monterey County. Thanks to web directories and newsletter announcements with the latest resources and initiatives, NAMC helps nonprofits like yours build strategies, generate resources and leverage your potential for greater impact.

NAMC raises public awareness of your worth and work, activating donors and institutional partners while building and strengthening networks. Through NAMC, you and your staff will develop skills, knowledge and contacts that will help you fulfill your mission — with the support of your colleagues who are also working every day to create healthier and more vibrant communities are working for everyone.
I joined NAMC in 2012 as the Office Administrator for the Monterey County Film Commission. Our membership has been critical for our nonprofit networks, community-wide collaborations, and training for both board and staff. NAMC has helped our small organization and we believe that membership is a great investment in our collective future.
