  • Development Dialogues at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence

    The Community Foundation for Monterey County's Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE) invites you to invest in building capacity, resilience and connection for your great development team members.

    Whether you're looking ahead to a new budget year, re-strategizing your development plan or gearing up for end-of-year giving, it's always important to make sure your staff is resourced and recharged. During times of uncertainty and change, the 2025 CNE Development Dialogues offers nonprofit fundraising professionals an opportunity to connect across the sector, learn and grow. Topic areas will include Major Gifts & Planned Giving, Resilience Strategies to Address Burnout and Building a Culture of Philanthropy, facilitated by CNE partner Kate Mitchell Mehle.
